Had a problem with the loo in my rented property, and Marcus got the repair job but the Agents were totally useless and neglected to send authority to do the jib, but Marcus went out of his way to chase parts, and work authority, above n beyond what you would expect. On finally getting authority n parts he did a fantastic job repairing a previously VERY bodged toilet, making it properly assembled, fully functioning and safe to use. Marcus and his team are outstanding. They initially attended our property when our boiler broke down late one evening. Within an hour of contacting them, Marcus arrived and got our central heating & hot water back online. Amazing service. I contacted them again a short time later due to a damp issue we were having in one of our bedrooms. They attended and carried out a full survey of the situation and advised what the problems were and what needed to be done. With the bedroom also being very cold as it had two exterior walls they suggested re-plastering the affected walls and adding additional insulation. Within two weeks they came and worked tirelessly over the weekend and coming week to completely strip the walls, replaster, add new insulation, decorate and do additional joinery work to put the room back perfectly.Since then they have also decorated multiple rooms around our home and will be carrying out some further plumbing work. Can't recommend them highly enough its refreshing to find a company so reliable, trustworthy and customer focussed.
